Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment time. This allows enough time to fill your slot and respect the time of both the artist and other clients.
• Cancellations made within 48 hours will be subject to a cancellation fee of 50%.
• No-shows or same-day cancellations will be charged 100% of the scheduled service and may require a deposit to rebook.
• Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may result in refusal of future bookings.
